If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within (14) days of the date your order was received. Please note all SALE & Discounted (Promo Code) items are nonrefundable and are a final sale. Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

NOTE: We cannot issue a refund in-store for online purchases. If you bring the item to the store in person, it will then be transferred to the e-commerce department. This may take additional time to process a return and issue a refund.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• Returned Goods must be unworn and unmodified

• Products must be returned in original condition with boxes, paperwork, and accessories to ensure full credit.

• Borun Crystal is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

• The credit card used to make the purchase will be credited
